:
Title: ServiceNow GRC/IRM Systems Analyst
Duration: 1 Year +
Location: San Antonio TX
Job Description
Work closely with Client Lead IT Systems Analyst and be the representatives for IT in working through integration effortswith the business and USAA teams.
Coordinate and work with other LOBs integrating with the IRM solution and application.
Active participation in testing efforts.
Serves in an analyst role for the ServiceNow IRM.
Business Analyst skills to create specifications for technical developers and communicate with business on delivered functionalitiesand best practice solutions.
3+ years of experience and strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
Knowledge in configuring and implementing ServiceNow Out-of-Box Applications
2+ years of knowledge or experience with ServiceNow Workflows or Flow Designer
