Job Description:

Must have 6+ yr of experience.
4-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, administration, and integration.
Expertise in web services and APIs, such as REST, SOAP, and JSON.
Proficiency in programming languages like JavaScript, Python, or Java.
Strong understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes and ServiceNow modules.
Experience with third-party tools and platforms, such as Active Directory, LDAP, SAML, or OAuth.
Familiarity with database management systems and SQL.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools, such as Scrum or Jira.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
ServiceNow certifications, such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), are a plus.
