Job Description :

All developers and designers are expected to have at least two years of ServiceNow development experience.  Developers in a lead role should be ServiceNow certified and/or have at least four years of ServiceNow experience.

• Developers are required to use ServiceNow’s workflow development tools (Flow Designer, Mobile Studio) as directed by KP technical leads. 

Hands-on experience working on ServiceNow Platform and IRM/GRC modules

•  Technical Expertise in ServiceNow scripting including JavaScript, AngularJS, and jQuery.

•  Technical Expertise in developing across clients Desktops, Mobile Apps, etc.

•  Act as Tier-2/3 technical support for the ServiceNow platform

•  Build workflows and write automated scripts/ script actions in ServiceNow

•  Build and Deploy UI Policies, UI actions, script includes, scheduled jobs, import sets, and transform maps

•  Agile and Jira tool experience

•  Implement, enhance and integrate ServiceNow platform capabilities including (but not limited to): CMDB, Foundation Data, Integrations, and Reporting per business requirements.

•  Technical expertise in creating, customizing, and enhancing ServiceNow, including creating custom workflows.
