ServiceNow Skillset Job Description:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electronics engineering or other engineering or technical discipline.
  • Minimum 1 year of ATF experience along with 8 years of ServiceNow hands-on experience is required.
  • At least one ServiceNow mainline certification is required.
  • Build and execute SNOW test plans, test cases, test scripts for both manual and automated testing.
  • Test ServiceNow Functionality across ITSM and ITOM Modules; Incident management, Customer Service, Change management, Problem management, Service Catalog, User Administration, Reporting, Discovery.
  • Experience in creating reports.
  • Working knowledge of HTML and JavaScript are preferable.

 Mandatory requirements:

  • Skilled in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to Lead  work in a team environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL.
  • Should be flexible to work during any shifts (US/India) based on business need
  • Results oriented and demonstrates ownership and accountability
  • Analytical thinker, possesses ability to influence others and drive to correct solutions within contract constraints
  • Broad understanding of Telecom domain.
  • Ensure project execution profitability

 Other Mandate Requirements:

  • T2 Application production support, 24x7 On-Call Support, Good Communication skills, Proactiveness, Working in different shifts mostly Shift timing as per USA day shift (6:30 PM IST to 3:30 AM IST) AND/OR as per team's requirement including 24x7 environment.
