Required:
Certified Service Now Application Developer, Implementation Specialist, or Systems Administrator
Develop & implement the incident & change module
Automate application logic for change management, incident management, with workflows
Develop and customize the Service Portal for requirements of Change Management
Secure applications against access by unauthorized users and applications
Import data from external data sources
Development of technical and support documentation
Helpful to have FedRAMP experience
