Primary Roles and Responsibilities 

We are looking for a recent university graduates to join our Tooling, Automation and Process teams. As an Engineer, you will work closely with the lead consultant and gain knowledge and experience in the following areas:

Configuration/Customization of the Service Now system, including creating workflows
ServiceNow development components – Business rules, script includes, UI policy, UI actions etc,
Build service requests from customer requirements including requests, request items and tasks using workflows -to manage data flows from the customer to the support teams providing the service
Use scripting tools and Service Now functionality create script to automate tasks being done in Service Now.
Perform integrations and process automation using Service Now Orchestration.
Load, manipulate and maintain data between Service-now and other systems.
Gain an understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes
Perform system and integration testing with sample and live data Monitor health, usage and overall compliance of the application.
Hands-on design, development and deployment experience with the Service-now platform.
Service now implementation experience in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset).
 Your Qualifications 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Engineering or related discipline.
  • Within 12 months after graduation
  • Minimum GPA: 3.0
  • Internship, academic or related experience in the following:
  • JavaScript
    Python
    PowerShell gained through class instruction, projects, internships
    HTML
     Highly motivated, self-starter, with the ability to work autonomously and as an active member of a team
  • Passion, resilience, and a positive demeanor
  • Willingness to continue professional development
  • Proven ability to work independently and as a team member
  • Good organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Web Services Integration (SOAP, REST, and JSON)
