Job Title: ServiceNow Developer
Location: Boise, ID
Duration: Long Term
Experience Required: 12+ years

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the implementation of ServiceNow capabilities, following best practices and software engineering rigor.

  • Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations to stakeholders, translating business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions.

  • Collaborate with business units and technical teams to ensure newly developed solutions and applications meet organizational standards.

  • Independently configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules without close supervision.

  • Conduct system reviews, troubleshoot issues, and validate successful post-migration implementations.

  • Manage and optimize ServiceNow MID Servers for integrations, discovery, and connectivity.

  • Document processes, provide knowledge transfer, and support governance around ServiceNow usage.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry best practices.

Required Qualifications & Skills:
  • 12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

  • Proven expertise in building ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.

  • Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, FSM, CSM, or custom applications.

  • Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow MID Server, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with experience providing technical guidance.

  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

  • Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, etc.).

  • Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and APIs for data migration or integration.

  • Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred / Good to Have:
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or higher-level certifications.

  • Experience with ServiceNow scoped application development.

  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and frameworks.

  • Experience in advisory or consulting roles with external clients.
