Independently configure, customize, and integrate ServiceNow modules without close supervision.

Conduct system reviews, troubleshoot issues, and validate successful post-migration implementations.

Manage and optimize ServiceNow MID Servers for integrations, discovery, and connectivity.

Document processes, provide knowledge transfer, and support governance around ServiceNow usage.

Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features, updates, and industry best practices.

12+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.

Proven expertise in building ServiceNow solutions, including custom applications, workflows, and integrations.

Deep understanding of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, FSM, CSM, or custom applications.

Strong knowledge and experience with ServiceNow MID Server, including configuration, troubleshooting, and integrations.

Strong problem-solving skills with experience providing technical guidance.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, etc.).

Familiarity with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, REST, SOAP, and APIs for data migration or integration.

Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
