Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow CSM Developer to join our team. As a ServiceNow CSM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to optimize customer service processes and workflows. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into efficient and effective technical solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support customer service management processes.
  • Customize and configure ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, and Service Catalog to meet business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify opportunities for improvement, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Develop ServiceNow workflows, business rules, UI policies, and client scripts to automate and streamline customer service processes.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and applications using REST APIs, web services, and other integration methods.
  • Perform testing, debugging, and troubleshooting of ServiceNow applications to ensure they meet quality standards and perform as expected.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance of ServiceNow applications, including monitoring, performance tuning, and resolving technical issues.
  • Stay current with ServiceNow platform releases, features, and best practices, and recommend improvements or enhancements to optimize the use of the platform.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web development technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform, including ServiceNow Studio, Service Portal, and ServiceNow APIs.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integration techniques, including REST API, SOAP web services, and MID Server.
  • Solid understanding of IT service management (ITSM) and customer service management (CSM) processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification preferred.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
