Essential Job functions

Excellent communication skills and should have worked on Onshore and Offshore managed services model
Good hands-on experience in SN
Strong experience in Agile Methodology and conduct daily scrum calls with the team
Work closely with the user and work to reduce the backlog tickets
Be assertive and proactive
Good working experience in ITIL process
Conduct Weekly and Monthly reviews with the client and offshore team about the team metrics and SLA compliance
Analyzing business requirements through workflow analyses
Translating business requirements into functional designs
Evaluating feasibility with client''s stakeholders
Managing the development of the ServiceNow platform
Serving as Client''s subject matter expert on the SNOW system

Administrative functions

License Management
Project intake - Work with 3rd party vendors on large scale projects ensuring processes are adhered to and all documentation is delivered
Release Management – Change Requests; Patching and vendor maintenance management
Managing and coordinating Change Management process and Release Management
Have knowledge on ServiceNow administration

Certifications

ServiceNow Certified is preferred.
Should be certified on Agile Methodology.

Education

MBA graduate is preferred.
