Job Description :

Job title: ServiceNow Business Analyst
Location: Multiple locations Across USA (Remote Until Pandemic)
Position: Contract

Leads development of business process story / requirement gathering.

Manage and communicate process and business requirements

Refine Features and Stories, manage Program and Team backlogs, and to plan and execute Iterations and Program Increments. - Non-Functional requirement identification and documentation - Manages communication and collaboration between process managers and data owners

Provide guidance to the client and to ServiceNow technical resources in the implementation of the to/be processes.

Advise on best practices and all things functional and operationally related to ServiceNow implementation project

Evaluation and recommendations on existing license volumes

Identifying areas of process improvement (efficiency and effectiveness) and recommending solutions that detail pros, cons and risks

Lead clients in their efforts to take advantage of the ServiceNow functional capabilities and in their efforts to improve their processes

MUST HAVE: 10+ years of relevant experience on Service Now
