iZeal, Inc. is currently seeking an ServiceNow Admin for our client's requirement. The salary depends on experience.
Position: ServiceNow Admin
Location: McLean, VA.
Job Description:
- Looking for Service now platform administrators, not developers.
- Managing service now platform.
- Working with the team and responsible for managing daily maintenance and upgrades or new features/plug ins.
- Various inhouse application integration with service now.
- Prefer to have AWS skillset as well – cloud infrastructure and support at some level -EC2, S3, Rehydration, CICD Pipelines-Jenkins.
- Server experience- looking at servers in the cloud.
- Handling request from enterprise side- for example integrating service now with slack.
- Enterprise level support.
- Windows/Linux experience to support infrastructure in the cloud would also be helpful.
- AWS DevOps is preferred.
- Service now certification is preferred.
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelor's in Computer Science & Engineering or Equivalent Degree.
