esponsibilities:

  • Design, Development, & Implement ServiceNow solutions, modules, & applications
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow solution, application, & integration.
  • Collaboration with cross-functional team
  • Participation in SDLC
  • Documentation and reporting
  • Evaluation and implementation of new technologies & tools to enhance ServiceNow
  • Mentor and lead junior members in the team.
  • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow packages, updates, and trends.
  • Leading the design of the ServiceNow platform to effectively meet the needs.

Mandatory Qualifications or Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information technology, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-8 years of overall IT experience
  • Preferred: 3 years of experience in the Banking Domain
  • ServiceNow Development Certification (Must)
  • ITIL/ ITSM Experience
  • IT Service management
  • Java
  • JavaScript
  • Strong Communication
  • Analytical skill
  • Familiarity with SDLC & DevOps
  • Proven Experience in ServiceNow
  • Designing and Implementing complex systems
  • Rest API,
  • HTML, CSS
