Job Description :
We are seeking a full-time contractor or employee for a Senior Web Administrator role.
Required Skills:
  • Web administration, web design with significant exposure to managing large-scale websites
  • Proven experience with Drupal content management system (CMS), including content creation, taxonomy, nav
  • Strong portfolio of highly complex web design, demonstrating a solid understanding of user-centered design
  • principles, front-end web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and back-end integration.
  • In-depth understanding of web accessibility standards (WCAG 2.1 AA), tools for testing accessibility
  • Hands-on experience remediating accessibility issues
  • Strong knowledge of SEO best practices and website performance optimization techniques
  • Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first strategies.
  • Ability to translate technical language into clear communication for non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Skills:
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across different teams
  • Ability to explain technical issues.
  • Familiarity with preparing user documentation, specification requirements, and UX artifacts
  • Ability to keep up with emerging technologies, trends, and standards
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
