Location : Holmdel, NJ Onsite

Job Description

End-to-end compensation program implementation experience in Varicent / IBM ICM
6- 7 years of Varicent Product experience
Should have excellent knowledge in Varicent- preferably for all modules (data import, calculation, reports, web forms). Certified candidates will be preferred.
Responsible for requirement analysis, configuration, Unit Testing, providing test support to QA and UAT teams.
Participate in production deployment. Provide post implementation product support.
Assist team in analyzing and resolving production defects.
Provide L2/L3 support as and when demanded.
Should have good analytical skill and clear in communication and thoughts.
have good DBMS understanding and hands on experience in SQL server.
Agile and scrum knowledge will be preferred.
Good to have working knowledge on Java Script
Good to have basic idea on Life Insurance domain.

Technologies required: IBM Cognos ICM, Varicent Development, JavaScript, SQL Server- Looking for seasoned Varicent profile who will be strong in Varicent and SOL development. He should work independently.
