Position: Senior UX Designer (Design Systems) (Hybrid)
Location: Chicago, IL (3 days Onsite/week)
Duration : 6+ months

Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to help evolve their enterprise design system. You ll be the third designer on the team, focusing on visual/interface design, components, tokens, and scalable patterns while collaborating closely with developers and cross-functional partners.
What You ll Do
- Build and maintain Figma design system assets and libraries
- Create inclusive, accessible components with clear documentation
- Deliver production-ready UI for web and mobile
- Partner with developers for smooth implementation
- Support process improvements and consistency across products
What We re Looking For
- 8+ years UX/UI experience in enterprise or agency environments
- Bachelor s in UX, HCI, Design, or related field
- Strong portfolio of design system/UI work
- Proficiency in Figma, FigJam, and Miro
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and systems-thinking skills
Nice-to-Haves: design tokens, ZeroHeight, backlog management, or financial services experience.
