Objectives /Duties

Manage all local IT issues (physical and virtual)

Hands-On installations of desk eguipment/laptops

Traditional Desktop Support (End User Technology) o      Windows 11management

Microsoft Office support o     Eguipment inventory

Incident/Reguest  management

Problem management (root cause analysis)

Change Management (installations, deployments)

Employee and Vendor onboarding

Access management/ User Administration

Virtual Desktop management

UPS and Surge Management (Eguipment protection)

Application packaging and deployment

Growth Objectives (Areas where the candidate is expected to grow/learn)

Network management/optimization  (monitoring)

Azure environment management (serverless environment)

VPN setup and Management

Development vendor engagement/management (project management)

Access policy management/ segregation

Create Policies and Procedures for local management of all hardware in line with regulatory obligations

Soft Skills

Ability to work with C-Suite executives

Communication in both English and Spanish

Ability to handle communication with external counterparties (regulators, vendors, clients)

Excellent \Vritten Communication

Highly motivated and flexible

High discernment and emotional intelligence (ability to "read the room")

Ability to act on immediate feedback, and adjust guickly

Minimum Experience/Skills

Computer engineering Or Technology certification (degree, diploma, certificate)

2-3 years of IT Support experience in at least one (preferably two) of the following areas: o             Desktop Support

Network Management/ engineer o  Server Support/Engineer

Elastic Cloud management (AWS, Azure, Google)

Microsoft 365/0ffice 365 Support

Physical wiring/wire management capabilities

Hardware/Eguipment selection capabilities (i.e. switches, firewalls, laptops)
