Location: 1 El Segundo, CA, other locations are Atlanta and Dallas since most of the team and stakeholders are in Central or Eastern time zone. But we are open to other locations including El Segundo or even Remote.  

Additional Skills: The Sr Product Manager will be responsible for Live Chat and Video Chat. So any previous experience with Chat Centers, Call Centers or Chat or Video Chat in general will be good. Most Important: looking for someone who has a experience with Scaled Agile, is great at strategy for digital products and has excellent communication and presentation skills.

• 10+ years of product owner experience with proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle 

• 2+ years working within scaled agile development team 

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development, web technologies and customer communications such as email, SMS and push notification 

• Previous experience with the following highly desired 

- Text Based or Video Chat 

- External vendor dev teams 

- Call or Chat Centers or other Direct Customer Support solutions 

• Solid technical background with understanding and/or experience in software development, web technologies and customer communications such as email, SMS and push notification 

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to convert consumer insights and performance data into high impact product initiatives 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to present complex technical information in a clear manner to peers, developers, and senior leaders 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field or equivalent experience. 

Roles & Responsibilities: 

Candidates 1) will be responsible for charting and executing the course for AT&T’s customer and employee digital experience across our consumer distribution channels.  

2) Will lead the software product development life cycle from inception to production launch and post production support.  

3) Must possess strong technical background to ensure the web components design is modular & scalable.  

4) Must have experience leading large cross-organizational software development projects.  

5) Must have a well-rounded technical background in current web and micro-service technologies.
