Title: Senior Technical ITS Associate / Job Scheduling Engineer (Control-M)

Position Summary:
The purpose of this role is to manage the automation of business processes via Control-M. The overall scope of work will be focused on the design, build, test, implementation, and support of enterprise job scheduling requirements, with a focus on SAP jobs. Work with application management services team, vendor and hosting partner to ensure stability of the application.
Responsibilities:
Manage project implementations that require job scheduling
Analyze business requirements and design appropriate job workflows
Design job scheduling calendars and conditions based on business operation requirements
Work closely with the application team in testing jobs in non-production environments
Create effective job notifications and error handling actions
Automate IDOCs inbound/outbound file transfers to SAP Systems
Pioneer the design of critical SWIFT Bank file transfer interfaces
Automate OS/DB operations and script executions of third-party applications
Promote changes from lower environment to production servers
Monitor business critical services and coordinate job failures with the application team
Identify KPIs with to job execution status and job failure trends
Monitor high frequency job executions and ensure uninterrupted executions
Optimize workflow design to limit the license consumption in Control-M
Perform housekeeping of unused jobs and agent connections
Monitor and optimize Windows servers resource utilization
Manage job scheduling service accounts, SAP batch IDs and Active Directory groups
Create customized job scheduling reports and data analytics dashboards
Examine cause of job failures and escalate the issue to the appropriate team

Validate program and variants in SAP level and examine ABAP Dumps / System Logs
Access file systems to validate file transfer within PI system
Immediately respond to critical ad hoc job requests in production
Respond to escalations, problem tickets and audit inquiries related to job scheduling
Manage Offshore Team in handling BAU support and workloads
Participate in project cutovers, DR testing and SAP system planned maintenance activities
Hold job queues in the event of planned / emergency system outages
Execute High Availability failover and failback of Control-M Server / Control-M EM in the event of system maintenance
Provide trainings and knowledge transfer to other team members, users and job stakeholders as required
Education:
Bachelor s degree in Technical, System Administration, IT Infrastructure Managements or Business field
MS or MBA preferred
Experience:
7 or more years of Job Scheduling administration experience with multiple full life cycle implementations and job scheduling conversions
At least 5 years of Control-M experience
Thorough understanding of computer infrastructure and operations, including cloud-based solutions
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and work in an unstructured environment

Exposure to Cloud Solutions such as AWS and Azure would be an advantage
