Overview:
The Senior Technical Architect within the Testing Center of Excellence (TCOE) TestOps team will serve as a strategic technical leader responsible for architecting and delivering scalable, resilient, and efficient solutions that support enterprise-wide testing operations. This role bridges diverse teams including US-based enterprise tech QE, application development, and DevOps to identify existing challenges, evaluate new initiatives, and implement innovative architectural solutions spanning environments, data, build and deployments pipelines, testing frameworks, integrations between systems, infra and other resource optimizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline.
- Extensive experience as a Technical Architect or Solutions Architect, preferably within software quality engineering, testing infrastructure, or test data management domains.
- Deep expertise in data architecture, including data modeling, governance frameworks, metadata management, and database/cloud storage design.
- Strong proficiency with ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing, and orchestration tools (e.g., Informatica, Azure Data Factory, MuleSoft).
- Experience working with test management platforms, test data management solutions, and environment provisioning tooling.
- Advanced skills in scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash) for automation, data transformations, and integrations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with excellent communication skills suitable for technical and business audiences.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience within Testing Centers of Excellence (TCOE) or leading quality assurance architecture initiatives in large enterprises.
- Hands-on knowledge of cloud platforms and services, particularly Azure
- Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD methodologies influencing test data lifecycle, environment management, and pipeline automation.
