Required Skills:
Experience configuring Tableau to support scaling Tableau usage to the enterprise level (5 years)
Experience operationalizing a governance framework for Tableau assets, developing reports to provide transparency around asset usage, etc. (5 years)
Experience leveraging Tableau to deliver dashboards and reporting capabilities at enterprise scale (5 years)
Experience with creation of users, groups, projects, workbooks and the appropriate permission sets for Tableau server logons and security checks (5 years)
Experience using Tableau Prep for data preparation / lightweight integration & transformation (5 years)
Overall professional experience with at least 3 years working with data (data engineering, Data scientist, BI analyst, BI developer etc (5 years)
Experience in data analytics from multiple sources (5 years)
Proficiency with SQL in a professional setting (5 years)
Experience designing and developing reporting solutions/dashboards in a professional environment (5 years)
Demonstrated ability to apply best practices in visualization techniques to design meaningful and impactful dashboards/reporting solutions (5 years)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team with proven ability to influence with impact across functions and disciplines (5 years)
Ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines, identifying the necessary steps and moving forward through completion (5 years)
Detail oriented and excellent communication skills (5 years)
Ability to write complex queries, joins, to produce data from the warehouse(s), like AWS Redshift, and other data sources for reporting (5 years)
Prefer experience with cloud-based infrastructures and data warehouses, like Amazon (AWS) Redshift (5 years)
Perform activities across Tableau infrastructure including security administration, release management, troubleshooting, & general systems maintenance (5 years)
Perform development activities from gathering requirements and designing solutions, through developing code/reports, to testing and release/deployment (5 years)
Advise on visualization best practices and performance optimization strategies and collaborate to design impactful dashboards and reports (5 years)
