Technology research, testing, installation, troubleshooting
IT Service Management practices and relationship building
Responsibilities:
Technical expertise in security policies, device management, Google Workspaces, etc.
Support IT training and professional development
Virus threat response, project planning, helpdesk escalation
Interact with remote staff, advise CIO on business needs
Goals & Activities:
Develop and administer technical infrastructure policies
Implement security educational programs
Administer user access and privileges
Plan and implement new tech services rollouts
Coordinate site moves and technical support efforts
Knowledge & Abilities:
Desktop patching (Intune)
Next-Gen antivirus (CrowdStrike)
Vulnerability management and group policy
Google Workspaces administration and active directory
Networking configuration (DNS/DHCP/VLANs)
Project leadership and quality service delivery
Clear communication skills, both technical and non-technical
Ability to work independently and as part of a team towards organizational goals.
