Role:Senior Support Engineer
Location: PortLand, OR
Required skill:NET, .Net Framework, ui path, sql server,C#,
ITIL, Mfg, Sales & Marketing Domain Knowledge
Attend in-person meetings with clients to analyze, troubleshoot and diagnose Application problems
Actively update, maintain, monitor and Document all aspects of Applications Supported
Respond to customer inquiries and assist in troubleshooting and resolving incidents service request, enhancements, problems
Complete detailed reports listing requests to technical assistance, steps taken to resolve them, and the specific dates/individuals involved
Ensure compliance to agreed up on SLA with the customer
Assist management in creating KEDB’s knowledge base Documents to enable first time resolution/trouble shooting by heldesk team,
Groom backups both technically & functionally
Act as the initial point of contact for all technical issues communicated by L1/L2 team
Organize and file documentation pertaining to warranties and instructional guides for application hardware
