Job Description
This position partners with internal and external clients to gather requirements and design infrastructure components, plus you''ll also be expected to proactively identify opportunities to leverage technologies for process improvement. Ideal candidates will have a minimum of 7 years of development experience with an emphasis on C#/.NET development, ASP.NET Web Forms, jQuery, and MVC. You''ll also need HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript experience to be successful.

Job Duties
Partner with internal clients, IS teams, and external vendors to gather requirements to design solutions
Work closely with project and support teams on projects, particularly in the initiation and design phases, leveraging in-depth knowledge across multiple technical areas and business segments
Act as an expert resource and identify opportunities to leverage technologies to improve processes, resolve emerging business requirements, and influence decisions regarding business process changes
Participate in and provide guidance on systems integration projects; provide knowledge transfer and guidance for other engineers and support technicians on technical issues and techniques
Identify, analyze, and recommend remediation for system design weaknesses
Provide guidance on technical specifications, data modeling, etc. and review proposed solutions
Support efforts related to full stack for web, desktop and mobile applications, including server/network/hosting, data modeling, business logic, API, UI, UX, and customer/business needs
Essential Skills
7+ years of development experience, with 4+ years of experience at the Architect level
Strong knowledge in current mobile development trends, design and architecture patterns.
Strong experience and understanding of Android SDK, iOS SDK and modern cross-platform frameworks (Ionic, React native
Working experience with xCode, Visual Studio code and/or Espresso automated testing tools
Strong working experience with consuming REST API using asynchronous methods
Expert level experience with mobile native technology, user interface design and development, service integration development
Strong knowledge of ReactJS, Redux and its ecosystem libraries is preferred
Experience in C#/.NET development, ASP.NET Web Forms, jQuery, and MVC
Excellent knowledge of HTML5, CSS, and JavaScript
Familiarity with Salesforce and Biztalk preferred
Experience with Web Services (WCF) is an added advantage
Good fundamental and hands on knowledge of MS SQL Server 2008/2012
Team Foundation Server & Visual Studio 2012 expertise is preferred
Experience with SCM systems. GIT preferred, SVN, CVS; familiarity with NuGet, Log4Net, nHibernate, ExtJS, and LightInject
Exposure to a wide variety of solutions covering CRM, core banking, and financial institution specific applications
Agile development experience a plus
Experience with deploying cloud solutions
Familiar with TOGAF, Troux methodologies
Proven ability in conflict resolution through communication and consensus building; ability to leverage technical breadth and depth to influence others
Experience integrating vendor products
Ability to guide departmental development efforts - capturing knowledge capital, conducting internal training classes and sharing information across the team
Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to diplomatically advocate for solution best practices
Ability to work in a fast paced, team-oriented, test-driven collaborative and iterative programming environment
Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent of work related experience
