Bill Rate: $75/hour C2C
Location: Frisco, TX
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term

Senior Software Developer
What you will do:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of software applications to support Fiserv's business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Perform coding, testing, and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
  • Maintain and improve existing codebases and lead peer review processes ensuring adherence to coding standards.
  • Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to enhance team capabilities.

What you will need to have:

  • 10+ years of software development experience in Java, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Spring Batch, Spring Microservices.
  • 4+ years of experience in SQL Server with expertise in writing stored procedures.
  • 3+ years of experience in Pivotal Cloud Foundry (PCF), AWS, Azure.
  • 3+ years of experience developing and designing in Microsoft Azure Cloud.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and/or equivalent military experience.

What would be great to have:

  • Experience in Splunk, REST APIs, Front-end frameworks (Angular or React).
  • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience in the financial services industry.
