Job Description :
Responsibilities: Will be responsible for providing a full range of SharePoint design, development, integration, and support services, to include transitioning current SharePoint environment from On-Premise to Online; administration and maintenance of customer-facing, service-oriented SharePoint enabled solutions while providing strategic direction for SharePoint development and administration. The Senior SharePoint Developer / Administrator will assist in identifying, defining, developing and documenting the FPR IT Operations processes, policies and tools for SharePoint design and development. Design, develop, implement, document, and support SharePoint Development Architecture, Methodology, IT Operations Policies and Procedures following Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Management Institution best practices. Train, mentor, and coach IDFPR resources on SharePoint architecture, development methodology, and best practices. Provide guidance, mentoring, coaching, and support on other existing and new SharePoint Online projects Lead, design, develop, document, implement, and transition to support following best practices: a. IDFPR Centralized Help Desk Rewrite Project b. SharePoint Development Methodology, Polices and Procedures c. FOIA Request Tracking System Requirement: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering or 8 years of equivalent experience 5 years' experience in the last 8 years developing in SharePoint and Nintex Workflows. 5 years' experience developing web parts, feature, solution packages, workflows, templates, page layouts & master pages. 3 years' experience working on remote teams. 5 years' experience in the last 8 years serving as lead developer on SharePoint development projects. 2 years' experience leading remote teams 2 years' experience designing MS Office 365 and SharePoint Online environment. 5 years' experience in the last 8 years working in a formal SDLC environment. 5 years' experience in the last 8 years providing maintenance and support on SharePoint Solutions including testing and quality assurance. 2 or more years' experience triaging, prioritizing and ranking SharePoint help desk tickets / reported issues and requests. 2 years' experience in the last 5 years as part of a high performing SCRUM Team. 2 years' experience in the last 5 years documenting requirements, design, and system, including software and architecture diagrams. 3 years' experience in the last 5 years defining, and documenting development methodologies and standards. 3 years' experience in last 5 years with SQL Server 2016. SQL Knowledge Experience with SharePoint Designer Workflows. Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, XML, jQuery. Proficient with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, and MS Visio. 3 years' experience drafting, reviewing/revising, approving documents to ensure all documentation is Specific, Measurable, Assignable/Achievable, Realistic/Relevant, Traceable/Timeboxed (SMART) objectives, requirements, communications, etc. answering the Who, What, Where, When, How (5Ws+H Ability to work remotely and on-site. (During COVID-19 Remote Work mandates, all work will be conducted remotely. Hybrid work environment may be required prior to full on-site work order post COVID-19 on-site work TBD 2 years' experience designing, developing, testing, implementing, supporting and administering SharePoint Online solutions. Demonstrated experience in the Responsibilities of this position. 2 years' experience in the last 5 years serving as solution architect on SharePoint development projects: 3 years' experience developing in MS Office 365 and SharePoint Online including: a. SharePoint Online Administration and Development. b. Microsoft PowerApps. c. Microsoft Flow. d. Power BI. e. Microsoft Teams. 2 years' experience in the last 5 years serving as solution architect on SharePoint development projects: a. Comprehensive knowledge of interface design principles and best practices for information architecture, content organization, user centric design, and site navigation patterns. b. Experience in the communication of results/recommendations to project sponsors, business partners, and various senior level audiences. c. Experience in release management including integration management, stakeholder management, and deployment. d. Experience managing structure and content, to include graphics, for collaboration artifacts and data repositories based on SharePoint and other web/collaboration technologies 2 years' experience in the last 5 years designing and developing data analytics to report on SharePoint solution defined criteria: a. PowerBI or Tableau or similar data analytics tools. 5 years' experience training, coaching mentoring, ensuring knowledge transfer: a. Senior-level developers and architects in new technologies and best practices. b. Mid-level developers in new technologies and best practices. c. Entry-level developers in new technologies and best practices. d. Development Teams in SDLC. e. Development Teams in SCRUM best practices. f. Business Partners in SDLC. g. Business Partners in SCRUM best practices.
