Bill Rate: $78/hour C2C
Location: Reston, VA
Duration: 12+ months/ long-term

  • ServiceNow Telecom Order Management (OMT, TSOM, TSM, TNI, CMDB, SOMT): 7+ years
  • Integrations Hub/Flow Designer: 7+ years
  • ServiceNow Telecom Industry Experience: 7+ years

NICE-TO-HAVES

  • ServiceNow Migration
  • ServiceNow ITOM Event Management (Expert - P4)
  • Certification (CSA / CAD / CIS)

DAY-TO-DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop and configure applications based on design recommendations from architects/Tech Leads.
  • Serve as a technology subject matter expert and collaborate with and manage the development team.
  • Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key development decisions.
  • Develop innovative application solutions that enhance user experience and streamline processes.
  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of applications to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs, web services, and integration tools.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation for developed solutions, workflows, and configurations.

  • IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • The ideal candidate is a CL 09 level Senior ServiceNow Developer with a strong engineering or IT background and mandatory deep experience (7+ years) in ServiceNow's Telecom modules. They must be capable of independent development, configuration, testing, and leading technical decisions, showing a commitment to collaborative, innovative solution delivery.
