Job Description :

Role- Senior ServiceNow Consultant

Location- Remote – 20% travel – As per client needs

Duration- Full Time

Interview- Video/ Skype

As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will utilize your ServiceNow expertise and experience to architect, design, develop, and implement solutions utilizing the ServiceNow platform. You will work in Teams leading, mentoring, and ensuring efforts are well documented and delivered with quality. The ServiceNow Consultant will be a subject matter expert focusing on developing and delivering solutions and services.

Things you will do:

  • Lead complex programs of multiple resources
  • Lead the architecture and design of complex solutions
  • Lead the creation of written deliverables
  • Lead client demos and working sessions
  • Lead integration design sessions
  • Lead project teams to deploy solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Lead client workshops as process and technical expert
  • Escalation point for project team
  • Work to influence team members, broader internal team, and external customers, likely including senior management, to agree and accept new concepts, practices, and approaches
  • Obtain and maintain certifications with associated qualifications
  • Hold and obtain ServiceNow certifications
  • Identify and communicate opportunities
  • Participate in pre-sales activities
  • Lead project delivery teams to deploying ServiceNow solutions
  • Interface with customers to drive consensus in solving necessary solutions
  • Develop innovative solutions for client needs
  • Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies
  • Drive consensus with customer in solving complex solutions

Requirements

  • Subject matter expert on the ServiceNow platform
  • Expert knowledge on at least two process areas within the ServiceNow platform
  • Expert level development skills on the ServiceNow platform
  • Able to articulate trade-offs between architecture approaches
  • Strong skills integrating ServiceNow with third party tools
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Strong project and situational awareness
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Self-starter

Expectations 

  • A lead contributor to the ServiceNow practice
  • Thought leadership to the ServiceNow practice and our customers
  • Contribute to projects/programs that may address future concepts, products, and technologies.
  • Coordinate cross-practice and can contribute to cross-practice solutions
  • Lead multiple resources including junior engineers and developers
  • Perform presales activities to identification opportunities and positioning services and solutions which may include opportunities
