Job Description:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior ServiceNow Architect / Developer to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions across enterprise IT environments. The role involves platform architecture, customization, integrations, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.Lead ServiceNow implementations, upgrades, and migrations.Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer.Configure ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, CMDB, HRSD, and CSM modules.Design and manage ServiceNow integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP.Ensure platform scalability, security, and performance.Define best practices, governance, and platform standards.Perform code reviews and ensure compliance with ServiceNow guidelines.Mentor ServiceNow developers and administrators.Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Required Skills:
12–15 years of overall IT experience.8+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow.Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts).Experience with ServiceNow architecture and platform design.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP, MID Server).Strong understanding of ITIL processes.ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CAD, CIS) preferred.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
