Job Description:
Supports the Agile team rule
Facilitates the team's progress toward team goals
Exhibits Lean-Agile leadership
Facilitates agile events / ceremonies
Supports the Product Owner
Promotes SAFe quality practices
Knowledge about Team Velocity, Burndown metrices, Tasks
Working knowledge of software development processes.
Awareness of Core DevOps Principles and Understand the basic fundamentals of iterative and incremental development
Hands on experience on agile project management tools like Jira , Agile Craft etc
Basic Qualifications:
Minimum 10 years of experience as a SAFe Agile Scrum Master.
Agile certification or prior Agile Scrum Master experience.
Working knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication skills.
Prior experience working on critical projects with deadlines in a high-volume environment.
Ability to work with and lead a team.
Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Self-motivation and the ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
