Job Description:
o Experience in Silo / Tank Farm Management (Hydrocarbon Management, SILO + Quantityware (Crude)), Inventory Projection Worksheet (IPW) for Stock Projection is mandatory
o Strong SAP experience in Hydrocarbon management is a must. Looking for atleast 15+ years of experience.
o Experience in creating and assigning strapping table in silo management
o Creating and assigning material to tank master and customizing all unit of measure
o Proficient in customizing material in consideration of external factors as density and temperature for quantity conversion to take account for crude oil
o Experience in creating master data to calculate accurate inventory in a tank master using water correction
o Proficient in customizing data used for hydrocarbon product book inventory, dip reading and meter reading
o Expert in customizing and assigning material master for hydrocarbon product management
o Creating and customizing calculation of excise duty of goods movement of hydrocarbon products
o Using inventory forecast to define stock projection worksheet (SPW)
o Proficient using Core Interface between SAP APO and SAP ERP master data unidirectional and transactional data bidirectional
o Experience in setting up SAP APO component to exchange data with TSW for planning and optimization
o Configuring Supply Network Planning (SNP) and TSW to enable updating documents during operational planning phase o Set up rack forecast column in stock projection worksheet (SPW) for secondary distribution from SAP APO
