Job Description :

Role: Senior Salesforce Developer
Location: Remote
Duration: 12+months

• Lead the development and implementation of solutions leveraging Salesforce 
• Develop solutions to meet the business requirements and fulfill user stories, and lead team of resources through the build, test, and deployment phases 
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into user stories and tasks
• In collaboration with the team, support UX/UI engineering tasks
• Identify risks and issues early and develop mitigation strategies
• Manage Salesforce administration and configurations including organizational structure, app integrations and other subscriptions
• Provide industry best practices as a trusted advisor to key business and technology stakeholders 
• Develop solution presentations for both technical and non-technical audience
• Mentor and coach junior staff
• Close collaboration with team members on other projects in the same Salesforce Org and with AWS team supporting integration between Salesforce and AWS.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field 
• Experience in enterprise-level Salesforce projects using agile software development methodologies throughout the whole life cycle with repeated and demonstrable success
• Strong technical knowledge in delivering a solution stack using Salesforce (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud) with in depth understanding of technical configuration, customization and integration concepts for Salesforce
• Experience in documenting business processes and wireframing system designs using process flow diagram tools, UML, sequence diagrams, etc. as well as making recommendations for future state improved processes and system designs
• 7+ years direct experience in software development life cycle
• Fluent in at least one programming language, e.g., Java
• At least 4-5 years of Salesforce development and implementation experience
• Experience in building and deploying Salesforce applications
• Strong Salesforce to external systems integration (using APIs and IPaaS tools like Mulesoft, etc.)
• Strong Salesforce skills in the areas of configuration, custom build using APEX and Lightning.
• People skills with the ability to lead and motivate others and interface with client
• Must have at least one certification - Administrator, Developer, Appian Credentials
