Job Overview:
TheIdentity and Access Management (IAM) Sr. Security Engineer is a key member withinthe Identity and Access Management program. The IAM Sr. Security Engineer is asubject matter expert who, through independent project engagements andcollaboration with business and technology partners, as well as third partyvendors, designs and engineers the IAM platforms for the enterprise. Thisposition will serve as subject matter expert (SME) for Sailpoint IdentityIQ andOneLogin, and will be responsible for the configuration and maintenance of theproduct including code management, war file compilation and deployment acrossvarious environments.
Job Responsibilities andAccountabilities:
TechnicalStrategy & Planning:
Responsible fordesigning, configuring/developing and managing SailPoint’s IdentityIQ solutionwithin the enterprise.
Technicalconfiguration/development lead of IdentityIQ
Maintain the codeand infrastructure of IdentityIQ
Ensure collection,documentation, and analysis of user stories technical requirements
Provide technicaldirection to the IdentityIQ developers
Create and manageIdentityIQ technical documentation
Install, integrate,configure, and deploy IAM solutions and systems to facilitate User Life-CycleManagement, Identity and Access Governance, Automated Provisioning, SingleSign-On, Federation, Privileged Account Management.
Work with thebusiness units to identify business requirements for requested projects.
Identify thetechnical requirements of projects.
Must have extensiveunderstanding and experience in Java application development as well as IAMindustry standards, concepts, and architecture.
Plan and organizetasks, coordinate with additional development teams.
Review and submittechnical and security improvement recommendations.
Product Acquisition& Deployment within the Identity Lifecycle Management technology areas
Design and developIdentity Lifecycle Management (ILM) solutions based on industry best practices.
Leverage capabilitiesof vendor solutions and develop solutions based on future state in mind.
Develop solutionsbased on secure design and/or coding practices.
Perform analysis ofbusiness models, logical specifications, and/or customer requirements to designand build Identity Lifecyle Management (ILM) integration solutions utilizingmultiple technologies.
Research andmitigate significant risks associated with projects.
OperationsManagement:
Follow theestablished change control processes, maintain and modify ILM applications
Coordinate changeswith members from IAM and external teams including Infrastructure Engineers,DBAs, application support teams and Information Security.
Provide on-callsupport for production and non-production issues.
Train and teach otherengineers and developers.
Analyze performanceof ILM applications and correct deficiencies based on consultation with teamsand approval of manager.
Act as SubjectMatter Expert in the discovery and investigation of critical securityvulnerabilities, as required.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree inmanagement information systems, computer science, or related discipline isrequired
5 years ITexperience.
3 years ofexperience in design, implementation, and support of various Identity and/or AccessManagement (IAM) solutions.
3 years ofexperience in Java programming.
Demonstratedexperience with Beanshell, Linux/Unix, Windows, scripting (Bash, PowerShell,Perl), SQL, LDAP, and web services.
Experience with thedesign and deployment of secure RESTful Web Services
Demonstratedexperience leading and participating in troubleshooting, managing, and solvingissues related to identities, systems, access, accounts, authentication,authorization, entitlements, and permissions.
Knowledge of LDAPand identity federation.
Exposure with sourcecontrol tools (e.g. Subversion, GIT, CVS)
Preferred Skills:
Knowledge ofrelational databases (Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, etc
Knowledge ofenterprise directories (LDAP, Active Directory, etc
Knowledge ofenterprise systems (SAP, PeopleSoft, Workday, ServiceNow)
Experience settingup and installing software on Windows and Unix (Linux, HP, Solaris, AIX)platforms
Experience with thefollowing web technologies (XML, SPML/SOAP, Web Services, etc
Experience with webapplication servers (Tomcat, WebSphere, WebLogic, JBOSS, etc
Familiarity withRole Based Access Control (RBAC) a plus
Hands-on experiencewith the Oracle Access Management Stack, (OAM or OIF) or similar accessmanagement products such as CA Siteminder and/or Okta.
Hands-on experiencewith Oracle Identity Management Stack (OIM or OIG) or similar IdentityManagement products such as OneIdentity and/or RSA. Hands-on experience workingwith Oracle Directories (ODSEE, OUD and/or OID), Active Directory or similar LDAPtechnologies.
Experience withAgile principles and practices.
Knowledge of ITILchange managements and problem management best practices.
Some familiarity ofiOS and Android ecosystems to support the credentialing of mobile devices.
