*Primary Location: *3003 Summit Blvd, Atlanta, GA, USA*Division: *Cox Automotive*Job Level: *Individual Contributor*Travel: *No*Schedule: *Full-time*Shift: *Day Job*Requisition Number: *202104853As an Integrations Delivery System Practitioner, you will support the Director of Agile Delivery in new ‘ways of working transformation outcomes for hybrid delivery areas of Cox Automotives Enterprise Technology organization. This role guides delivery and performance outcomes through the adoption and continuous improvement of Lean & Agile principles/practices across a non-traditional pattern, multi-team delivery system. It requires a combination of strategic and tactical skills to effectively orchestrate the delivery system to prioritize, plan, synchronize on cadence, and frequently deliver value while continuously improving the delivery systems ‘ways of working at scale. As delivery systems and teams move into a performing state, the Integrations Delivery System Practitioners primary purpose is to support the delivery and execution of transformation approaches, and to deliver value by managing program / release-train level processes, execution, and continuous improvement. To begin, the Integrations Delivery System Practitioner will focus on designing and implementing the Integrations Delivery System which will focus on existing businesses and new merger and acquisition activity.Due to current COVID-19 restrictions, this is a temporary work from home role but will ultimately work in the Atlanta, GA office.Responsibilities of the Role* Integration Delivery System Core Team - Practitioner Facilitation, Ownership* Accountable for the delivery of the system outcomes as a key member of the Integration Delivery System Core Team.* Accountable for the delivery system processes, in alignment with the Enterprise Technology Lean/Agile toolkit, through system thinking, stewardship, optimization, influence and governance * Provides system thought leadership in partnership with other core team members* Owner of system alignment through process, practice, collaboration and communication* Serve as the orchestrator, facilitator and coach for the delivery systems core leader team. * Manages the core teams working session cadence and agenda, capturing of actions and team follow-through, while coaching the core team on effective collaboration in a focused team environment.* Facilitate core team continuous improvement activities, including reviews and updates to the teams working agreement, and holding core team Retrospectives on a cadence.* Provide core team education on Lean/Agile principles and practices in a scaled environment and the role that the core team plays in enabling effective delivery system outcomes.* Provide guidance on Delivery System team structures and recommendations to align demand with available team capacity.* Facilitate delivery system metrics reviews with the core team on a cadence in partnership with delivery system Scrum Masters.Integration Fixed Capacity Team - Prioritization, Planning, Delivery* Establish and maintain cross-team interactions and processes that enable an effective quarterly planning cycle; including backlog prioritization, refinement, dependency identification and mapping, and definition of committed quarterly objectives.* Establish and maintain core team / delivery team synchronization in partnership with Scrum Masters and Project Managers throughout the quarter, including progress reviews and evaluation/decisioning on new demand for the quarter.* Serve as a critical link between Integrations delivery systems to identify and remove obstacles in both planning and delivery. Maintain strong collaborative relationship with peer practitioners to align and orchestrate dependencies, reduce risk, and optimize for achieving quarterly objectives.* Facilitate intake/prioritization process for the delivery system, including guidance for making trade-off decisions that balance delivery flexibility with sustainable predictability.* Coach leader-level colleagues (Manager+) to collaboratively communicate, identify contributing factors and proposed solutions to problems in a curious, non-judgmental manner, and use business priorities to objectively align the organizations focus.* Assess, own, and communicate risks and intra- and inter-system dependencies for the Integrations delivery system; remove impediments as needed to enable the flow and successful delivery of value to Integrations stakeholders.Delivery System at Scale - Data Quality and Continuous Improvement* Define and govern transparent data quality (in Rally) in partnership with core team members and delivery system Scrum Masters. Establish and sustain standards to ensure that all radiated information is reliable, meaningful, readable, and represents reality across Rally and our PowerBI delivery system reporting.* Facilitate consistent use of metrics, "telling the story behind the data", and identification of opportunities and experiments to improve performance across the delivery system.
