Job Description :

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Recent Retail industry experience
  • Strong Project Financials experience (budget tracking, forecasting, charge-offs, earned value, resource billing, etc.)
  • Proven Project or Program Management experience
  • Positive and provable references

Preferred Experience:

  • Strong experience with Order Management integrations and/or Merchandising
  • Background in Supply Chain or Logistics domain

Responsibilities:

  • Use established project management methodologies and tools to develop and execute IT project plans and ensure SDLC compliance.
  • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, including defining scope, estimating effort, developing timelines, and removing impediments.
  • Own and manage project financials, including budgeting, forecasting, earned value/ROI analysis, burn vs. earn tracking, and resource billing management.
  • Plan, monitor, and track delivery quality and take corrective action as needed.
  • Develop project policies, procedures, communication plans, and quality control measures.
  • Lead pre- and post-implementation planning and execution.
  • Identify dependencies across initiatives and coordinate with the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Analyze issues of diverse scope and recommend strategic solutions and execution paths.
  • Provide project communication to executives, sponsors, vendors, and internal team members.
  • Lead and motivate high-performance cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across business and IT groups.
  • Partner with development, architecture, QA, and product teams to ensure delivery alignment and resolve blockers.
  • Influence decision-making and negotiate with business and technical leadership to resolve issues.
  • Escalate risks and high-impact project challenges to Senior Management or Program Management teams.
  • Meet stakeholder expectations with consistent project delivery and operational excellence.
  • Engage with external product vendors to collect technical details and align project needs.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive project and company information.
  • Mentor other project managers as needed.
  • Participate in recruiting and hiring support when requested.
  • Work under general direction with autonomy on day-to-day responsibilities and guidance on complex matters.
