Key responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring that all projects within the program are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain program roadmaps, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior leadership, business partners, and other stakeholders to define program objectives and ensure alignment across the organization.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks and issues within the program and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Resource Allocation: Coordinate with resource managers to allocate appropriate resources across multiple projects, ensuring optimal utilization and efficiency.
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of project managers and other professionals, providing guidance, support, and professional development opportunities.
- Performance Tracking: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and use data-driven insights to monitor program performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Communication: Facilitate regular program reviews, status updates, and executive briefings, ensuring transparency and alignment across all levels of the organization.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Proficiency in program management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Data Engagements.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
- Familiarity with data-driven decision-making processes.
- Experience of managing & leading a team of 25+ team members.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Total experience of 18+ years. 8+ years of program management experience, preferably in a complex, multi-project environment.
- Certifications: PMP, PgMP, or similar certification is strongly preferred.
