Senior Product Manager
Bayarea, CA

Responsibilities

Work with coordinating departments to create and implement a decisive project plan and strategy from product development to launch
Manage healthcare product lines throughout the product life cycle, including product development, initial commercial partnerships and clinical implementation, continued product refinement, awareness of product(s), marketing and communications, performance characteristics, and channel application requirements.
Organize the systems, message refinement, and processes for marketing and product management to optimize for strategic objectives.
Drive the product offerings to the needs of the market.
Ensure customer focus and that the “voice of the customer” is reflected in deliverables; manage VOC into product development programming.
Collect, monitor, and analyze competitor information and resulting market insights requiring business flexibility.
Assist with the business plans for new products or product enhancements to assure proper positioning and strategies
Coordinate channel specific pre-release, release, and post-marketing activities.
Evaluate communication and documentation programs and support tools for effectiveness through customer feedback as well as objective analysis.

Requirements

? Minimum of five years’ product management experience
? Bachelor’s degree
? Comprehensive knowledge of the assigned business line and technical marketing skills
? Strong product management, design and development skills
? Thorough knowledge of product/program development, pricing, implementation and strategic analysis
? Demonstrated marketing and marketing research skills
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
