Job Description:
We are seeking a Senior People Analytics Consultant with expertise in the Visier platform to help clients enhance their people analytics capabilities across strategy, process, data, and technology. This role involves transforming HR data into business-driven insights to address a wide range of human capital challenges such as DEI, attrition, mobility, talent acquisition, and performance management.
As part of an experienced consulting team, you will help organizations make confident, data-driven decisions through analytical rigor, visualization, and strategic alignment.
Key Responsibilities: - Conduct discovery sessions and current-state assessments to evaluate people analytics maturity.
- Develop clients' people analytics vision, strategy, operating model, and roadmaps.
- Use HCM, BI, or people analytics platforms (especially Visier) to build reports, dashboards, data visualizations, and predictive models.
- Manage the end-to-end analytics process:
- Clean and wrangle structured/unstructured data.
- Design and build analytics models.
- Extract insights and visualize results.
- Define key business questions through client interviews and workshops.
- Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders through high-impact visualizations.
- Analyze both quantitative and qualitative data to support HR decisions.
- Partner with internal/external stakeholders across geographies on analytics strategy and technical implementation.
Essential Skills: - 8 10 years of experience in analytics, with significant exposure to HR/people analytics.
- Proven expertise in the Visier platform or similar people analytics tools.
- Strong data visualization and BI reporting skills (Tableau, Power BI, etc.).
- Deep understanding of HCM systems and workforce data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Desirable Skills: - Experience working with global HR datasets.
- Familiarity with predictive analytics, machine learning models, and their application to workforce trends.
- Strong storytelling skills with data, tailored for executive audiences.
