Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer / Architect to lead the design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions for enterprise customers in Texas. The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing ServiceNow platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and architect end-to-end ServiceNow solutions.Lead ServiceNow development, configuration, and customization.Implement and enhance ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, HRSD, and CSM modules.Develop custom applications using JavaScript and Glide API.Build and manage workflows and automation using Flow Designer.Design and manage integrations using REST, SOAP, and MID Server.Ensure platform security, governance, and best practices.Support platform upgrades, instance cloning, and deployments.Perform code reviews and mentor junior ServiceNow developers.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
