Sr. Learning Consultant / Business Analyst

Roles :
Using CSOD, manage all aspects of LMS architecture in partnership with clients and vendors, including curriculum mapping, designing and configuration, to user group structuring, permissions management, and working closely with the vendor to identify and design feature roadmap.
Manage the onsite and offshore LMS team
Expertise on other LMS technologies and latest learning tools (LRS, LXP, and others)
Provide expertise on digital learning, and act as a thought leader and partner to stakeholders within the business to help them leverage and optimize learning technology to meet their training needs
Coordination with Elearning vendors for developing/updating eLearning modules such as SCORM/AICC based courses or any generic documents
Involves in integration of LMS with any 3rd party applications
Do "Period Review with Managers" where they assist the managers in updating the training matrix for their team
Act as a bridge between customers and Offshore admins to meet customer needs
Provide day to day direction to the project team and regular project status to the customer
To collaborate with other departments to fine-tune the online training strategy
Help to create/standardized a common process workflow across business units
Provide Insider LMS Knowledge
Participate in intake team meetings for new customers
Consulting with customers on training structure and assignment strategies
On demand support for audit request through entire day
Involving in onboard related activities for offshore
Take care of admin related access / training to the offshore team
To participate in FY Annual trainings releases
To educate the customer who not follows Medtronic standard
To monitor workday feed integration with Cornerstone
Announcements (process change or update in CSOD)
DL Management (adding/removing users)

Primary skills: ConerStone On Demand (CSOD), SCORM, XAPI
Secondary skills: Workday, SAP Business Objects reporting
Cornerstone on Demand (CSOD) Core certifications will be added advantage
Experience administrating LMS, and Learning Applications in Cloud environments
Experience uploading learning content to an LMS
7 years of experience with multiple learning methodologies
5 years of experience with various operating systems, file structures, file formats, and protocols
5 years of experience implementing learning and content management systems including system implementation at an enterprise scale
Experience working on developing reports using BI and SQL tools
Experience integrating CSOD with third party tools like WorkDay/SAP BO
