Job Title: Senior Lead Engineer with Test, Call Flow ExpLocation: Bellevue, WADuration: Full TimeJob Description:Key ResponsibilitiesPerforming tests using phones and clients and systemsCollecting Logs and Cataloging issuesTroubleshooting, call tracing, call flow review and debuggingIsolating issues in call flows to relevant nodesApplying fixes to trial systemsHosting calls with R&D to drive resolutionMaintaining and managing Action Registers  Job RequirementsEngineering Degree with a major in Computer Science or Equivalent Preferred3-5 years’ experience in the wireless industryExperience with Tier 1/ 2 Troubleshooting SkillsBasic TCP/IP and Linux networking knowledgeAble to perform End to End testing / troubleshooting of voice call & messaging call flowBasic understanding of IMS domainBasic Understanding of VoLTE call flow and Messaging Flow (SMS/MMS/RCS)Basic understanding of error response codesAble to effectively work with customers over conference call or face to face to understand the issue details and perform required logs collection on appropriate nodesExperience triaging call flow issues as they are reported with preliminary analysis and assign to appropriate node ownersAble to capture the packet capture / logs on product and perform basic analysis of the issueTechnical and detail-oriented.Proactivenbsp;Readily demonstrates initiative (a "Go Getter")Collaborative and able to work in group settingsPlease share your resumes to / reach me at
