Role : Infrastructure Project Manager Location: Downtown post COVID Infrastructure Project Management Canadian Banking experience: Around 5 years Defining, delivering, and supporting strategic plans for implementing Infrastructure Projects Complete projects by coordinating resources and schedules with user departments and data center. Maintain quality of service by establishing and enforcing organization standards Collaborate with cross functional teams through project lifecycle and communicate project status with cross functional teams and management Coordinate with the stakeholders to develop and drive requirements for improvement and development projects Manage project schedules, backlogs and priorities to program management requirements Lead deployment and post-deployment relationship with customers Plans and coordinates all aspects of technical projects from initiation through closure Gather requirements by identifying milestones, phases and elements. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Monitor progress by tracking activity and publishing progress reports. Prepare technical reports by collecting, analysing and summarizing information and trends. Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Track project performance, specifically to analyse the successful completion of short and long-term goals. Daily status reports, Report metrics, dashboards and other operational measures to management on a regular basis. Lead and drive meetings with teams across various groups in order to meet objectives.
