Job Description :

Title: Senior Firewall Engineer

Client: NYC Agency

Duration: 24 months

Location: Brooklyn, NYC (ONSITE – for 2 to 3 days in a week)

Work Hours: 35 hours/week

Minimum experience:

Expert level knowledge in Palo Alto firewall

Experience with implementing firewall rules in Palo Alto Firewalls

Palo Alto certification

Experience configuring Cisco Firewalls (ASA and Firepower)

Experience configuring Cisco AnyConnect VPN, RSA and Client A deep understanding of the cyber security environment including network and/or application security issues, concepts, compliance, and certification
Demonstrated experience deploying, configuring, and administering the full suite of services provided by F5 BIG-IP or Palo Alto firewalls

Experience with F5 operations such as VIP creation
Experience with security/compliance monitoring tools and reporting
Experience with monitoring or data collection/analysis tools
Experience or knowledge of DNS or DHCP
10+ years’ experience
