Job Description :
We are seeking a highly motivated SalesForce Einstein Analytics Consultant who has strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and interpret significant amounts of information to support SalesForce Einstein dashboards and projects for the Philips North America Health Systems business.
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze and understand: Partner with customer stakeholders to understand and document their business processes, data, and needs. Understand the personas, questions, and problems the customer is solving for. Partner with customers/clients to document the who, what, when and why, of their data. Investigate and document data definitions, sources, characteristics, limitations and priorities.
Communicate and persuade: Provide clear and articulate verbal and written communication to customers, project team members, and project management. Work as part of a team to persuade customers to adopt the best solutions.
Document: Create stories, and tasks needed to accomplish the project. Understand and document story specifics. Collaborate with senior team members via regular project/scrum meetings, Jira, and other channels as needed.
Design: Design impactful, attractive, compelling Dashboards using Einstein Analytics. Assist in the design of data transformation processes, including data flows and datasets, as well as create dashboard wireframes and stories describing their function. Conduct research and make recommendations on specific product components, services, protocols, and standards in support of design efforts as needed.
Develop: Work as part of a team to develop dashboards, and associated assets utilizing Einstein Analytics, the Salesforce platform, and related technologies. Partner with ETL developers and system owners to extract and load data relevant to the solution.
Test what you build, and work with QA resources to provide and apply quality assurance and best practice adherence. Create training and internal QA/UAT documentation, perform quality assurance and ongoing monitoring of current reports and data for accuracy and usage
Identify trends and issues in data using advanced analysis techniques. Provides technical and analytical assessments of issues facing the business and presents findings to key stakeholders.
Build data models using Einstein Discovery to enable our sales, marketing and operational staff to deliver exceptional results for customers and our business
Skills and experience required :-
2+ years of experience with lightning components, lightning experience.
2-3+ years’ experience working with Salesforce Einstein Analytics & SAQL (Salesforce Analytics Query Language
Working experience of SalesForce clouds - Marketing, Sales and Service (required)
3+ years of APEX.
3+ years of Visual Force.
Medium skill set required for Java Script and JSON
CSS, Jquery, angular is a plus.
Strong skills in building reports, using SQL joins and filters
Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, ETL, data mining and segmentation techniques
Has strong verbal & written communication skills.
Good integration knowledge is required.
