Job Description :
We are looking for a Full-time contractor or employee for an Senior EHR Data Migration Analyst role.
Required Skills:
  • Database management systems and data migration, particularly in healthcare EHR systems like Netsmart myAvatar.
  • Utilizing Informix, Oracle and Microsoft SQL Server SQL and database scripting to facilitate effective data migration processes. Also, Skill in using EXCEL or other spreadsheet software.
  • Experience in documenting business process flows and standardizes existing and future process flow improvements by conducting data collection and meetings with the subject matter experts to gain full understanding of system usability and documenting the w
  • Business analysis, including reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating user requirements, operational procedures, and identifying solutions to automate processes or enhance system functionality.
  • Resolving complex data-related issues using robust analytical skills and logical problem-solving approaches.
  • Preparing specifications for data input/output processes.

Preferred Skills:
  • Prior experience with SaaS model EHR systems and cloud data migrations.
  • Experience with Texas DIR Project Delivery Framework and document templates
  • Familiarity with the existing and planned software technology and the global, regional and local software architecture and infrastructure components
  • Experience in regulatory compliance and data security related to healthcare data.
