Must have skills:
• Need 8 years .NET Framework, Visual Studio 2019\2022,C#, ASP.Net MVC, Entity Framework, Web API, JavaScript, BootStrap
• 8 years minimum - Oracle including SQL and coding storedprocedures \ SQL
• 5years minimum- SSRS (5 yrs min.)
• 2 years minimum - Agile/Scrum/Iterative DevelopmentMethodologies
• 8 years minimum - SDLC / full stack experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience with use of SharePoint (2years)
• Experience with GIS, especiallyEsri JavaScript APIs. (2 years)
• Experience working in Government (1year)
Required:
• Advanced level application development skillsets including Analysis andDevelopment within Microsoft .Net Framework.
• Experience applying Object OrientedDesign.
• Coding experience in .Net MVC and/or.Net Core framework, including C#, VB.Net, Javascript and Bootstrap.
• Experience applying Standard Security methods to custom applications.
• Experience in SSRS for developing reports.
• Experience creating web API’s.
• Experience developing applications with Oraclebackend databases including experience writing stored procedures and SQL.
• Experience working in Visual Studio aswell as Azure DevOps including keeping work items updated in addition tocode management.
• Experience with coding standards and best practices.
• Experience with testing tasks such as identifying test scenarios, test datasetup, execution, and documenting test results.
• Experience utilizing the SystemsDevelopment Lifecycle (SDLC) and following IT Best Practices
• Experience resolving technical issues through debugging, research, andinvestigation.
• Experience following Iterative/Agile/Scrum Methodologies for completingprojects from Initiation through Implementation and Maintenance.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Collaborates with others and is a team player to ensure project success.
