Client is looking for an energetic talented Senior Software Developer to be a part of a Tiger Team to help improve and solidify an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) that was developed offshore. The system is brittle and not meeting initial specifications. The system is scheduled to be deployed to the first division (25 profit centers They will work closely with leadership and the ATS team to get the system back on it feet and possibly setting it up for a rewrite. This ATS system is a critical application for the 700 profit centers as well as a key branding for tool for CED.
The candidate needs to be strong with communications and understand basic business content and be able to follow user stories.
