Title: Senior Developer (Fusion and TM1 Expertise)- Critical

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Developer or Architect with extensive experience in Fusion and TM1 technologies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of both Fusion and TM1 platforms and a proven track record of successfully implementing solutions utilizing these technologies. While experience with EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) is considered a nice-to-have, a strong focus on Fusion and TM1 expertise is paramount.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of solutions utilizing Fusion and TM1 technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze business needs, and architect solutions that meet organizational objectives.
Design and implement data models, integration points, and interfaces within the Fusion and TM1 ecosystems.
Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, design, and processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
Conduct performance tuning, optimization, and troubleshooting activities for Fusion and TM1 applications.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to Fusion and TM1 technologies.
Assist in evaluating and recommending new tools, technologies, and methodologies to enhance the development process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of 6 years of experience working with Fusion and TM1 technologies in a senior development or architect role.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or similar languages.
Strong understanding of data modeling, relational databases, and data integration concepts.
Experience with EBS (Enterprise Business Suite) is a plus.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Proven ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
Relevant certifications in Fusion and TM1 technologies are desirable.
