Below is the JD for your reference SENIOR DELIVERY MANAGER Georgia Alpharetta Fulltime Responsibilities: Accountable for successful project deliveries, client delight, employee satisfaction, projects profitability. Detail responsibilities are as follows: 1. Strategy & Planning a) Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. b) Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear manner. c) Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis. d) Plan, schedule & track project milestones & deliverables using appropriate tools. e) Track project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle. f) Conduct project post mortems to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements. g) Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management. 2. Operational Management a) Direct and manage project development from beginning to end. b) Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents. c) Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team. d) Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path. e) Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations. f) Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans. g) Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project. 3. Knowledge & Experience a) Overall experience of 7-10 years with experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution. b) Strong familiarity with project management tools c) Solid working knowledge of Modern IT technologies, IT Infrastructure, modern delivery techniques, strong knowledge and use of industry-standard project management methods, tools and techniques (Kanban, velocity charts, control charts, burn-down metrics etc) d) Experience on projects having cloud-enabled platforms on Microsoft Azure, including implementing IaaS and PaaS capabilities focused on data management, storage, analytics, DevOps & CI/CD e) Knowledge of various project delivery models including Agile f) Knowledge of various pricing models T&M, FP, Outcome based, capacity based etc 4. Personal Attributes a) Experience working both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. b) Can conform to shifting priorities, demands and timelines through analytical and problem-solving capabilities. c) Reacts to project adjustments and alterations promptly and efficiently. d) Strong written and oral communication skills. e) Strong interpersonal skills. f) Adept at conducting research into project-related issues and products. g) Must be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies. h) Customer service skills an asset. i) Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment is crucial., Qualifications: a) Proven track record as senior delivery manager for IT projects and large engagements b) Project management certification is preferred (PMI/CAPM or PMP/Prince) c) Certified Scrum Master and/or SAFe-certified
