Job Title: Senior Data Engineer

Location: Tampa FL

Duration: 1 year

Job Description:

Sr. Data Engineer - In this role, the candidate will be using of Python, SAS /Informatica to create reports using healthcare data.
Ability to work with BSA/DAs to translate requirements into report output.
Primary areas of healthcare data include: Members, Providers, Claims, Pharmacy, and Authorizations in managed care/insurance industry.
Programming background in C#/Java will be a Huge Plus
5+ years combination of Python (richer skills than SAS), SAS /Informatica working with healthcare data.
Strong SQL skills in Oracle and Microsoft SQL. Teradata or AWS experience is a plus.
Strong data analysis skills - they will be responsible for validating report output compared to the requirements; as well as technical design and data mapping validation.
Excellent communication skills - Very good written skills required and must be able to effectively communicate verbally with technical and business resources.
Teamwork - Must come from a team environment (ideally cross-functional).
