The ideal candidate has strong experience in data architecture, ETL/ELT development, cloud platforms, and big data technologies, and is passionate about building robust, high-performance data systems.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and workflows (ETL/ELT).
Architect and optimize data lakes, data warehouses, and data marts.
Ensure data quality, integrity, governance, and security across systems.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and stakeholders to understand data requirements.
Optimize query performance and improve system reliability and scalability.
Implement data modeling strategies (star schema, snowflake, etc.).
Monitor and troubleshoot production data systems.
Lead technical discussions and mentor junior data engineers.
Evaluate and recommend new tools, technologies, and best practices.
Automate data workflows and CI/CD processes.
